Lesson 18: Let’s Go Swimming!

一﹑教学目标:
1. 知识目标:使学生能听、说、读和写以下词汇:swim, swimsuit, swimming pool. 了解call, already, hurry up.并且使学生能够用简单的英语表达游泳时可能出现的问题一些简单表达。例如:I can’t. I am scared. ….
2. 能力目标:通过学习英语的实践活动,逐步掌握本课的重点知识及语言技能,陶冶情操,拓展视野,提高语言运用能力。
3. 过程与方法:注重灵活多样,丰富多彩课堂气氛的形成。通过多样的教学活动和教学评价的展开,使学生更好的掌握本课知识。
4. 情感态度与价值观:通过灵活多样,丰富多彩的课堂形式的进行,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,增强他们的自信心,通过教学评价的开展,让学生体验到成就感,促进学生学习和发展。
二﹑教学重难点:
教学重点:本课的阅读文章及其拓展。听、说、读和写词汇:swim ,swimsuit ,swimming pool。
教学难点:学生会用英语表达有关游泳的一些简单常识
三﹑教学设计思路:
设置真实的情景吸引学生参与到教师设置的各个环节中,继续激发学生的英语学习兴趣,使培养学生良好学习习惯的同时,提高与他人交往的能力。

领读学生单词。

T: We can swim in a swimming pool.

T: Ok. Let’s look at the text.

T: Are you afraid? When did you swim for the first time?

T: Let’s look at Danny’s first swim.

Answer the following questions:
1) Who is in the swimming pool? Who is not?
2) Is Danny’s arm hurt?
3) Who can swim?
4) What does Danny do?
5) Does Danny begin to swim?
6) Why does he not come in the pool?
Step 3
Divide students into groups to discuss their first to swim and how to learn swim. Students know some new words, learn the new text and tell their first swim. Step 1
To make students know new words

To use what they have learned to describe their first experience about swim
