Lesson 11:This Is Good for You!

一、 教学目标:
a) 知识技能:(1)学生能够听、说、读、写单词:bones, muscles ,skin 并能用英语进行表达。
i.学生能复习掌握并实际做对话:What’s your
favourite fruit?
My favourite fruit is 。和I like _____best.
ii. 学生能够联系旧知结合新知掌握课文中的重点单词和句子。
b) 过程与方法:通过师生、生生间的问答练习、游戏等活动,使学生在轻松、活跃的课堂中获得知识。
c)
情感态度:通过学习本单元的前三篇课文,学生知道什么是对身体健康有好处的行为和食品,培养学生养成良好的卫生习惯和注意合理饮食,不挑食。
二、 教学重点:
(1)学生能掌握四会单词:bones, muscles ,skin。
(2)帮助学生能够运用句型 What`s your favourite fruit?
My favourite fruit is 。
三、教学难点:
学生能够理解运用身体健康的句子。
四、 教具准备:
实物水果、食物卡片、CAI课件等。
五、教学过程:
Step one : Class Opening and Review
a.Greeting : Good morning ,everyone !
……
b. game : do the activity
eg. Wash face ,wash hand ,comb hair ,get up ,eat breakfast ……
[设计意图:通过游戏复习前两课学习的动词短语,巩固旧知的同时活跃了课堂气氛]
c. Review words :apple , banana , grapes , orange , melon ,
strawberry with real objects 。
T:Look, class! I have a bag here. There are some fruits in
it. Guess, what are these?
S: a banana?
[设计意图:通过让学生把手伸进水果袋猜测水果的形式,让学生根据触觉判断并说出水果的名字,来复习相关单词,为后面学习坐下铺垫。集动口动手为一体,学生兴趣十足,激发和培养他们学习英语的兴趣。]
Step two: New concepts
Introduction:bones, muscles ,skin.
T:Well done. Fruit can make your body strong and healthy,
please eat more fruit. But what dose a healthy body have? A
healthy body has healthy bones, muscles and skin.
a. Demonstrate: bones, muscles, skin with some pictures on the
computer .
T: LOOK! This is a bone and these are bones. (Showing a
picture of bones on the computer)Class, read it please. And
pay attention to “s”.
T: This is a muscle .class, repeat it please! (Showing a
picture of a muscle on the computer)
And these are ______s. (Showing a picture of muscles on the
computer, and ask students to fill the blank.)
T: This is skin .s-k-i-n skin. class, read it please!

b. Drill: listen to the tape then filling the blanks .
These are . For strong , you need to eat foods
that are good for you 。
This is a .For strong , you need exercise .
This is .Healthy is clean .(show the
sentences and pictures on the computer )
C. listen and read part one of text book.
[设计意图:由和学生谈论了水果,自然过渡到多吃水果有益身体健康的话题,一方面为下面学习健康身体的组成创设了情景,令一方面也渗透了情感教育.利用课件学习词汇,形象直观。将身体部位和英语单词有机结合起来,学生学起来比较感兴趣。词汇学完之后,通过听音填单词完成句子的练习迅速对所学内容进行巩固,在每个句子上面都显示与之相对应的图片,帮助理解句子,从而降低了难度。同时听音做事是英语课堂教学中一种很有效的途径,也是练习听力的一种有效的方法,做到了听和写的结合。]
Step three: Talking
a. Eat good food.
T: Class, do you want to have strong bones muscles and skin?
S: yes!
T: Good! But can you tell me what make your body healthy and strong?
S1: Always eat breakfast!
S2: Do exercise!
……
T: very good! Good food makes your body healthy and strong,
too. But what’s good food, can you tell me?
S: chicken, fish, fruit, meat, vegetables……
T:Ok, meat is good for you, but please don’t eat too much. Too
much meat is bad for you. (Explain the meaning of “bad for”.)
[设计意图:从上部分强壮的身体组成学习,引导学生回忆如何做才能使身体健康,一方面复习了前两节课所学内容,另一方面引出健康合理饮吃有益健康的话题,从而进入课堂第二部分的学习,此部分不仅局限于课本的内容,教师做了补充与拓展,由对身体有益的话题拓展到对身体有害的介绍,引导学生适量食用肉类食品。]

favourite fruit?
S: I like melon. What what’s your favourite fruit?
S: My favourite fruit is strawberry.

T: Good job! Now there is a please ask any four students then
finish the investigation .

[设计意图:由健康饮食自然过渡到谈论自己喜欢的水果,没有打断整堂课的完整情景,通过师生、生生间的接龙问答形式操练句型,此外不仅练习了课本出现的I
like 句型,还帮助学生明确对What’s your favourite ……?的回答除了课本给出的以外还有My favourite fruit…….最后通过生生问答完成调查表格形式进一步巩固,此调查表谈论的范围比较宽不仅涉及到水果还有蔬菜、食品、和运动可以说是对整个小学阶段谈论喜好话题的总体复习巩固。]
Step five:Class Closing
Homework:写一篇健康饮食的小短文。
